A Warm, Homely, Environment in Halifax

Life at Cedar Grange

Creating a true sense of home is at the heart of everything we do. We encourage residents to express themselves, make choices about their daily lives, and continue enjoying the things that matter most to them. Our aim is to provide not just care, but companionship, dignity, and a genuine sense of belonging.

Community at the centre

Cedar Grange Residential Home is a charming late Georgian property, set within 0.9 acres of peaceful, beautiful surroundings. Originally built as a vicarage for St Mary’s Church, the home has a long and rich history, and has been lovingly run by its current owners since 1998.

Our home offers accommodation across two floors, with a choice of single or shared bedrooms and space for up to 19 residents, maintaining a close-knit, family feel where everyone is known, valued, and supported as an individual.

We are proud to be part of the local community. Committed to employing staff from the surrounding area helps us build a consistent, reliable team that form meaningful relationships with residents, the local economy and strengthens our connection to the people and families we serve.
